How do I join Floof Rewards?

Just create a free account on floof.ae. You'll automatically start earning points — and pick up 50 welcome points on the house.

When do my order points show up?

Points are added once your order is paid. If an order is refunded, those points are removed. Points are calculated on your order subtotal.

How much are my points worth?

Every 100 points equals 1 AED off. You can redeem from 500 points, and use up to 2,500 points (25 AED) on a single order over 250 AED.

How does the pet birthday reward work?

Add your pet's birthday to your account and you'll earn 50 points each year to celebrate. Just be sure to add the date at least 30 days ahead so we can plan the party.
