How do I join?
Create a free account on floof.ae and get 500 points straight away. Then download the Floof app and register with your account to get another 5,000 points. From there, you earn points on every order.
How do I get the 5,000 app points?
Download the Floof app and register with your account. The 5,000 points are added to your balance automatically.
When do I get points for an order?
Once your order is paid. You earn 1 point for every AED 1 of your order subtotal. Points are removed if an order is refunded.
What are my points worth?
100 points = AED 1. You can use 500 to 2,500 points (AED 5 to AED 25) on orders over AED 250.
Can I use points on subscription orders?
No, points can only be used on one-time purchases.
